Destiny often shows you how lucky you are. Health is always said to be the most important, and nobody should forget to be thankful to be healthy.

Many of my posts have focused on my cousin’s athletic success, and I always conclude with wishes for him to remain healthy. Well these words never resonated more than when he came back from training camp telling me a sad story about a young man who was supposed to be his team mate. A promising athlete who was shining in his club and provincial selections at Canada cup had his career shorten by cancer. He is still battling for his health, and hope that someday I will hear that he is doing great and managed to enjoy his life to the fullest, and who knows, maybe even come back on the football field. His team will play this season with his initials on their jersey, and hopefully they will make him proud by winning the championship for him.
